    A place to expand your knowledge and skills
    The good thingsSuasana kekeluargaan, pimpinan pun semua baik dan tidak ada kesenjangan yang begitu jauh dengan staff. Jenjang karir sangat bagus, asal mau kreatif dan rajin memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan.
    The challengesKurangnya SDM menyebabkan overlapping pekerjaan, 1 orang bisa mengerjakan banyak additional tasks. Banyaknya tuntutan tugas di luar daily work juga menjadi tantangan. Gaji pun relatif kecil. High target. Tidak ada kegiatan fun employee engagement, kurang cocok utk anak muda

    The good thingsFresenius kabi adalah perusahaan pharmasi yang ke 2 saya jalani,Di perusahaan tersebut saya sudah banyak mendapatkan reward dan saya pun pernah menjadi The best Medical representatif seindonesia,maka saya akui bahwa marketing adalah passion saya.
    The challengesSaya merasa selama menjadi seorang MR kesulitan yang pernah saya alami hanya pada awal saya mulai berkarir dikarenakan saya belum banyak mengerti cara kerja seorang MR,tetapi saya tipikal seorang yg slalu ingin belajar dan menjadikan kesulitan itu sebagai pelajaran bagi saya.
