    The good thingsThe company offers a highly supportive and collaborative work environment. I particularly enjoyed the flexibility provided, which allowed for a great work-life balance, and the numerous opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
    The challengesBeban kerja terkadang cukup tinggi pada periode tertentu, sehingga memerlukan manajemen waktu yang sangat ketat. Selain itu, sistem komunikasi antar departemen masih bisa ditingkatkan agar koordinasi proyek berjalan lebih efisien.

    The good thingsMenjadi freelancer adalah pilihan sulit buat aku. Sebagai freelancer pemula dan tidak banyak tahu akan dunianya aku benar-benar buta. Bakatku hanya sebagai penulis dan pernah bekerja sebagai admin. Membuatku mantap untuk memilih sebagai freelancer dibidang entry data dan penulis. Hal baik yang aku dapat aku jadi tahu bagaimana cara membuat personal branding agar penawaran kita diterima klien.
    The challengesDi freelancer.com ini tingkat kesulitannya cukup tinggi, karena kita bersaing dengan freelancer diseluruh dunia. Kemampuan negosiasi dan bahasa inggris harus dikuasai disini, mentok nya pakai google translate. Harus hati-hati juga karena banyak penipuan disini. Jangan pernah mau transfer uang untuk pekerjaan apapun. INGAT! kita kerja untuk cari uang kalau buang uang belanja namanya.

    The good things- You can work from home - Choose your preferable job - Low working time, high salary (depends on the project)
    The challengesInternational Competitiveness. You can choose whatever job you want to do, but you gotta win the bid first. Another way, you can just join in various contests to build your reputation for project bidding.
