    The challengesHubungan antar departemen harus diperbaiki. Saling support antar departemen kurang baik sehingga cukup menyulitkan atau menghambat pekerjaan. Load pekerjaan yang tiada henti dan hampir 1 user dapat mengerjakan sesuatu yang bukan jobdsesknya dan bukan 1-2 kali bahkan cukup sering, harus siap membackup pekerjaan rekan kerja bahkan departemen lain yang berhubungan dengan user agar lebih cepat bekerjanya.
