    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate who just entered the workplace, it was a nice time to start my job in this company. The coworkers are really friendly and helpful to teach you from the start. Not only that, the tasks itself are challenging and it helps you to improve yourself more in various situations.

    The good thingsruangan kerja open space. teman teman yang sangan mendedikasikan hidupnya untuk kerja, tanpa kenal lelah. banyak kerja banyak humornya. masuk jam kerja yang hampir siang, bagus untuk mereka yang susah bangun pagi. teman teman yang heboh kalo diajak ngobrol, becandaan soal receh. atasan yang kocak, yang kadang membuat lelucuan yang hebat.

    The challengesSatu orang mengerjakan tanggung jawab / project banyak, kurang appreciate terhadap proses dan hasil kerja karyawan, tidak ada uang lembur, kadang/sering sabtu minggu harus support kantor, manajemen suka tidak jelas, susah melakukan perubahan, tidak ada jenjang karir yang jelas.
