    The good thingsFleksibilitas waktu yang bisa digunakan dengan cukup baik, sehingga membantu menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Budaya kerja juga terasa santai dan tidak terlalu formal, sehingga komunikasi di dalam tim terasa lebih nyaman. Selain itu, saya menikmati lingkungan kerja yang cukup terbuka terhadap ide, saran, dan diskusi. Atasan maupun rekan kerja relatif mudah diajak berdiskusi, sehingga proses penyampaian gagasan atau feedback terasa lebih seperti komunikasi horizontal dibandingkan dengan birokrasi yang kaku. Hal ini membuat proses kolaborasi menjadi lebih efektif dan mendorong anggota tim untuk berkontribusi secara aktif. Bekerja di lingkungan R&D juga memberikan kesempatan untuk belajar banyak hal baru, terutama dalam memahami interaksi antara software, hardware, dan sistem secara keseluruhan. Hal ini membuat pekerjaan terasa menantang sekaligus memberikan pengalaman yang berharga dalam pengembangan kemampuan teknis.

    The good thingsI’ve been working here for about 2 years as a warehouse staff, and overall it has been a good experience. The working environment is supportive and the team is helpful, especially when handling daily operations and tight schedules. I’ve learned a lot about inventory management, coordination with different departments, and maintaining accuracy in warehouse processes. The company also provides a stable work environment and clear procedures, which help us do our job properly and stay organized.
    The challengesLike any fast-paced manufacturing environment, workload can sometimes be quite high, especially when there are urgent shipments or project deadlines. It would be great if there were more continuous improvements in workflow efficiency and communication between departments to make processes even smoother.     Pleasant experience having my first job here. For now, I've no intention of moving to other company.
    The good things- Flexible working hours and dress code, which make the working environment more comfortable. Employees can manage their working hours according to their preferences, as long as the minimum required hours are fulfilled. - An easy day-off replacement system, allowing time off without being dependent on remaining annual leave balance. - A comfortable work environment with complete facilities (mini gym, pantry, canteen, etc.)
    The challenges- English Fluency is not mandatory, but basic understanding and the ability to communicate briefly are important, as most documentation is in English. - Promotions are based on capability and work performance rather than Length of service.
