The challenges1.Kurang nya informasi antar sift,sebenarnya hal sepeleh tapi kebanyakan karyawan yg tidak melaksanakanya.
2.kurangnya pendekatan antara atasan dengan operator produksi.

suasana kekeluargaan yg baik & lingkungan nyaman
The good thingsDisini orangnya baik2 dan bersahabat, suasana kekeluargaan sangat kental dan akrab. Lingkungan disini cukup mendukung untuk org2 yg mau bekerja dalam jangka panjang.
Secara pendapatan termasuk yg ditengah2. Namun masih cukup. Secara aturan tidak terlalu ketat dan masih longgar.
The challengesKeterbukaan untuk menyampaikan kritik terhadap perusahaan cukup baik.
Namun terkadang manajemen kurang tegas dalam pengambilan keputusan yg menyangkut karyawan2 yg bermasalah.
