    The good thingsFlowserve is Pump and Mechanical Seal Manufacturer as Foreign Company. Flowserve Top Management give me Fully support on daily activity. Good training and tools from Flowserve to support technical minded in approach End User directly.
    The challengesDue to my based area at remote area, so i should be more independent to resolve or prompt response as requested from customer. Some of case should be required Technician or Field Service Engineer from Head Quarter Office due to my coverage area very wide for Riau area.
