The good things- Atasan yang mau berbaur dengan semua karyawan
- Apresiasi hangat dari atasan terhadap karyawan misal, jika ada yang berulang tahun, menikah, melahirkan, dll.
- Briefing update setiap pagi secara bergantian
- Fasilitas kantor seperti ruang sholat, wc, parkir, sudah nyaman
- Sudah mendapatkan catering makan siang setiap hari

- Lembur tidak berbayar
- Cuti kurang jelas aturannya, ada yang sudah bekerja selama 2 tahun sudah dapat cuti, ada yang 3 tahun kerja belum dapat cuti tahunan.
- Sistem kerja seperti pekerja lepas harian,hitungan pro-rate
- Jika ada kendala di malam hari, karyawan wajib menyelesaikannya ke kantor saat itu juga.
