    The good thingsTeamwork (bekerja dengan kekeluargaan). There is 2 workshift, day and night. . Benefit antara lain gaji pokok UMR, upah lembur (tidak dipaksakan), THR, BPJS, tunjangan jabatan, uang makan, bonus akhir tahun. Sistem kontrak kerja jelas. Jaminan hari tua bagi karyawan tetap. Jenjang karir.
