    The good thingslingkungan yang terlihatnya baik
    The challengesmanagement perusahaan yang sangat buruk, kerja sangat overtime 65 hours/ 6 days tanpa kompesansi lembur yang jelas, a.k.a Overtime is not appreciated in this company. tapi menuntut karyawan untuk loyalitas karna tidak ada jam pulang yang jelas setiap hari even our though our work is already finished. salary sangat dibawah rata-rata ketenagakerjaan, masa probation tidak sesuai dengan UU ketenagakerjaan. struktur organisasi yang tidak jelas, atasan mengambil keputusan yang tidak profesional sepihak dan merugikan karyawan, pilikasih/pilih pilih terhadap karyawan There are no human rights here. highly do not recommend working here

    The good thingslingkungan rekan kerja yang cukup baik.
    The challengesWorking hours are very uncertain, often having to work overtime without clear ending hours. Overtime is almost mandatory and there is never any certainty when the work will be finished. Overtime hours are also unclear and there is no appropriate compensation. A very disorganized company structure makes work flow chaotic and often makes employees confused about their tasks. It is very difficult to express opinions or complaints, because there are no effective communication channels between employees and management. In addition, superiors in this company are very unprofessional, often do not provide clear directions and make decisions that are detrimental to employees. It is highly not recommended to work here.

    The good thingslingkungan kerja yang nyaman baik tempat maupun rekan kerja yang baik dan menyenangkan. kekeluargaan yang sangat erat sesama karyawan. sering diadakan acara acara kekeluargaan yang menumbuhkan rasa kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan.
    The challengessistem kerja dan struktur organisasi yang tidak tertata baik, sehingga membuat banyak kendala dalam keberlangsungan projek yang sedang dikerjakan. tidak ada jenjang karir dan pekerjaan yang overtime menjadi faktor utama tingkat ke stress an pegawai. sulit untuk mengutarakan pendapat dan tidak ada hak asasi . waktu kerja berlebihan dan tidak mengenal jam istirahat dan jam pulang tidak teratur. diskriminasi antara anak perusahaan yang satu dengan yang lainnya mengenai kebijakan libur , bonus dan lembur.
