    The good thingsEnvironment yang cukup baik. Kekeluargaan. Nyaman dan flexible, tapi membuat kita bertanggung jawab. Didukung oleh good director yang encourage kita untuk maju dan lebih baik lagi. Benefit juga lumayan lengkap.

    The good thingsManajemen cukup concern terhadap development karyawan dan memberikan kebebasan dalam bekerja namun tetap memiliki KPI yang jelas. Suasana tim dalam bekerja juga solid dan nyaman walaupun tekanan bekerja cukup tinggi.
    The challengesDalam merintis start up company pasti lebih banyak tantangan karena semuanya dimulai dari awal, namun begitu arah/target yg diberikan sangat jelas sehingga karyawan mengetahui arah yang dituju. Sekalipun menghadapi masalah, manajemen bersikap terbuka untuk diskusi mencari solusi.
