    The good thingsGood salary, benefit, people and enviroment but still below average other NGO.
    The challengesPoor work life balance, you will be expected to work until 12pm, very tight deadline.

    The good thingsThere's so many things that I've got learned. This company makes me to improve my skills including data analysis and make coordination with the government and health facilities officer. The work environment is really comfortable because I've the incredible team work who support me to finish my duties.
    The challengesSometimes, deadline duties comes suddenly. So, when I've deadline duties, I always stay up to finish it.
