    The good thingsTeam Finance punya rasa kekeluargaan yang cukup tinggi. Manager yang baik dan friendly Tidak ada rasa saling sikut menyikut dalam bekerja, justru banyak pengalaman yang saya dapatkan selama bekerja disini.
    The challengesTingkat load pekerjaan yang cukup & deadline yang cukup mendesak, banyak mengharuskan kami untuk menambah jam kerja lebih (lembur) tanpa adanya uang lembur tambahan. Sehingga mau tidak mau kami harus take time lebih agar pekerjaan bisa on time meskipun waktu istirahat dirumah dan waktu bersama keluarga harus terbuang. Load Pekerjaan terkadang tidak sesuai dengan job desknya.
