    The challengesAs a fresh graduate, I started my career at this company, but the experience did not fully align with my expectations. I worked in the general manager’s office within a team reporting directly to the general manager, whose communication approach could occasionally be reactive, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. In addition, restricted internet access caused many tasks had to be completed manually, which reduced overall efficiency. Overall, the organization lacked a supportive workplace culture and up-to-date operational practices. Improving workplace culture by fostering mutual respect and psychological safety would greatly enhance employee morale. Additionally, upgrading operational systems would significantly improve efficiency and productivity.
