    The good thingsFedex memberikan training tiap bulan kepada karyawan. untuk menambah wawasan karyawan pada Export- Import. Fedex memperlakukan karyawan sebagai Aset Perusahaan. Perusahaan juga memberikan seluruh fasilitas lengkap kepada karyawan tetap. ada insentif dan lemburan. tiap tahun dapat atribute fedex yang keren-keren, seperti ; Jaket, kemeja, kaos , celana , belt & topi. keren bgt kan.
    The challengeshanya kalau di fedex harus ready dan standby karena kerja di bagian operasional tidak ada jadwal libur kecuali minggu & senin
