    The good thingsDisiplin waktu,di siplin kerja,bisa di tempatkan di bagian operator mana sajah,bisa bekerja di bawah tekanan,memiliki sklil di bidang otomotif,dan siap/mau di tempatkan di mana sajah,mudah berbaur dengan siapa sajah,Mudah mengerti/menangkap apa yg di instruksikan oleh lider.
    The challengesTidak mudah percaya dengan orang yang baru sajah di kenal,bila di tempatkan di tempat yang sulit bisa berproses se tahap-demi setahap,bisa beradaptasi dalam waktu kurang lebih 3 atau 4 hari Di sekitar area lingkungan pabrik.

    New Additional Sensory System for Detecting Can Material Reject on Pressing Machine at PT. FDK Indonesia on 2011
    The good thingsTogether with Production Team on Component Department, Maintenance Team create Improvement on Can Material Pressing Machine to prevent material reject. As per Company Commitment, we didn't want to sent reject product to other process and customer. Maintenance Team create additional electronic vacuum gauge which integrated with vacuum generator and working when the machine detect reject product (any holes on can component material). It will gives electronic signal from electronic vacuum gauge to PLC and giving stop signal for stopping operational machine. The Production Operator have to check and inspect actual condition on can component material, if the Production Operator found reject material, they have to dispose the reject product and check mechanical process adjustment.
    The challengesNeed commitment and good team work to handle serious issue. And as Maintenance Team, we need information and sharing process knowledge from Production Team to do some Continuous Improvement. It is not easy to control continuous running on 24 hours on 7 days. That's way, need more improvement also on Internal Department Communication and Cross Department Communication.

    kerja yang sangat menyenangkan
    The good thingslingkungan kerja yang baik dan tidak membosankan kekompakan dalam bekerja sangat baik saling membantu satu dengan yang lainnya atasan dan bawahan saling berhubungan dengan baik
    The challengesAtasan tidak melihat hasil kerja. padahal sudah bekerja keras dan melakukan pekerjaan dengan sangat baik. Namun atasan tampaknya sama sekali tidak melihat hal tersebut.
