    The good thingscover satu sama lain masalah pekerjaan (tergantung divisi apa), kekeluargaan, explore new things karena perusahaan keluarga yg ingin bergerak di banyak bidang jadi banyak ilmu baru.
    The challengespressure cukup kuat, karena birokrasi pendek jadi report kerjaan direct ke direktur. tidak ada SK pengangkatan kartap jadi status kejelasan karyawan tidak ada.
