    Decent job in the decent company
    The good thingsThe decency of company's policy and working vibe makes me more appreciate and memorized how lot of good things I've ever been there in many years (the longest in my whole career). Just do your best job, obey the rule and you'll be fine. The head office location is one of the best & strategic location in Jakarta.
    The challengesAverage pressures, I think is the best if you compare to other company which might be cruel to employees. I learn a lot of knowledge and experiences, gain my ability and skill. What you get is what you give ... yeah, worth enough.
