Challenging but Satisfying
The good thingsWell working time and personal time balance, for sure every satuday & Sunday off and if you are working on those day you can change to another day to take your off day.
The challengesSince this new startup company so we need to create our own process of work and also administration but the owner is helpful and willing to receive suggestion.
