    Just good for learning, because the career ladder in branch is not as fast as in HO.
    The good thingsFlexible working hours and lots of learning opportunities (if you want). If you don't want, you can just work and doing your daily tasks. Having paid annual leave to avoid the stress out.
    The challengesUnclear job description, so if you are a fresh graduate, you will often be asked to help cover people who are slow to respond. Low salary that is rarely adjusted, but the burden is equivalent to the burden of sales engineer. Don't expect too much from people, it's better to believe in yourself.

Bigining I worked in there as a Service Engineer, I had opportunity to get training in any principal office in Singapore and Thailand, after I work 15 years there, I have promoted as Deputy Manager in branch Semarang.
