    Punctuality and Zero absence are all you need
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot of things (beside your jobdesc)
    The challengesAs long as you be punctual and never take sick leave or annual leave you will get a good review by the top management. Your hard work will be useless without those point. The filing still quite messy.
