Valuable experience to work in Excellera ConsultantThe good thingsAll employee are very humble and welcome to teach anything that we want to learn, make a lot of experience how to work as individual and how to work with team. The environment in that place is very good, when you work on there you will feel like in a home.
The challengesMaybe the time to work on there is very long because there are lot of job that you must clear with short deadline. That company give us free time to go home at 17.00 but I usually still on there until 19.00. Cause I'm typical someone who can't left their work if my target on that day not yet done. I think that increasing the number of employees working on there can reduce the workload.
