    The good thingsPt excelitas merupakan tempat bekerja saya yang pertama. disini saya menemukan banyak pengalaman dan ilmu baru.walaupun saya bekerja sebagai operator produksi ini tidak menghalangi saya untuk mendapat kesempatan mengikuti kegiatan yang diadakan di perusahaan ini salah satunya adalah SGA(Small Group Activity), kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan wajib yang dilakukan perusahaan setiap 3bulan sekali untuk memajukan performa setiap karyawan dalam membuat improvement-improvement yang menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Tidak hanya SGA ada banyak lagi kegiatan yang diadakan perusahaan untuk memajukan dan mensejahterakan karyawannya dan itu sangat berati bagi karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan ini.
