    The good thingshave a chance to explain our job description in general training we can share our knowledge and experience. have chance to develop communication skill by receiving calls from customer. Learn all thing related with liner's service, export-import, custom, terminal, container, etc.
    The challengessometimes we can work like a customer service, 30% of working hours should be talked to customer and other colleagues, meanwhile we have main job to do. Sometimes we receive complain from customer and should handle all complains smoothly.

    The challenges- Sering Lembur di Hari Sabtu. - Kenaikan Gaji pokok agak sulit. - AC kantor agak dingin. - Jumlah pekerjaan sering kali agak menumpuk. - Terkadang dari kantor cabang negara lain suka melempar masalah ke cabang indonesia.
