    The challengesMakan siang harus buru-buru, karena tempat gantian dengan karyawan lain pantrynya kecil. Senioritas sangat terasa disana. Semua pekerjaan kita kerjakan yang tidak sesuai pada perjanjian awal juga. Tidak ada work life balance. Tidak ada yg bimbing, cari tahu sendiri. Ada kesalahan ya saling lempar, tidak ada kerja sama tim.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik dan hangat. Sebagai seorang mechanical engineer, kita mempersiapkan dalam segi process yaitu melakukan proses perhitungan dan mempersiapkan P&ID dan PFD. Pada segi design, mengarahkan design agar design tersebut dapat beroperasi dengan baik dan aman.
    The challengesTidak ada nya proses training terlebih dahulu, terkesan belajar ortodidak sendiri. Dalam sistem pekerjaan, terkadang sering terjadi nya by pass order. Jenjang karir disini sangatlah tidak mungkin terkecuali seorang ekspatriat.
