    Very bad company
    The good thingsThe office is very good, they have a large dining hall where we have lunch together. Go to other cities using Garuda Indonesia, this is good standard. And stay in nice hotels.
    The challengesThe work life balance is nonexistent. We work until really really late at night, up until 2 or 3 am sometimes, and still we need to show up at 8 the next morning. The culture is toxic, before going back home you need to say goodbye to all of the bosses. Pay is low and I was expected to do everything, like 3-4 people's jobs. So many things to do and too many products to handle, we really don't know where to start.

    I'm in a PPIC position to help planning supervision... And i also have experience in quality assurance. Because when i were an internship in there, i helped to each other in other division. So i know too about quality assurance.
    The good thingsI've many friends which is profesionl, funny and so friendly. I can get more learner. I know how to get the solving of some problem that which is the best decide without harming the other employee.
    The challengesThe difficulties of working at the company is how i must be the best in front of supervisior or manager. I ever do something wrong in my task, but i can handled and solved that problem.

Karena PT Ethica salah satu perusahaan farmasi yang memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya dan menghargai kinerja karyawan nya dengan memberikan reward sesuai prestasi yang dicapai
    The challengesKesulitan bekerja di Farmasi pada umumnya adalah ketika BPJS masuk di RS namun hal ini tidak menjadi hambatan karena kita bisa mengoptimalkan sales di outlet lain yang tidak terkena dampak BPJS. Mengatasi persaingan diskon antara farmasi satu dengan yang lain. Karena rata2 outlet akan sangat menyukai farmasi yang bisa memberikan diskon lebih besar. Namun hal ini bisa kita switch dengan memberikan support edukasi atau simposium untuk para ahli medis serta dengan menjalin hubungan yang baik terhadap mereka sehingga hal ini bisa di redam.
