    Ekosistem kerja nyaman
    The good thingsEkosistem kerja nyaman. Programmer dibagi-bagi ke dalam berbagai tim. Beberapa tim mengizinkan karyawannya untuk bekerja secara remote (jarak jauh). Gaji cukup tingi untuk wilayah Yogyakarta, apalagi jika kamu merasa punya pengalaman dan keahlian lebih dibanding dengan persyaratan yang diajukan oleh perusahaan.
    The challengesKoordinasi pekerjaan seringkali masih dilakukan secara manual dan kurang terstruktur. Media yang digunakan kadang hanya sebatas media komunikasi, bukan perangkat lunak yang dikhususkan untuk kerja sama tim. Beberapa posisi yang bertugas mengawasi juga sering lepas kontrol pada karyawan, khususnya yang bekerja jarak jauh.
