    The good thingsRekan kerja yg menyenangkan, sangat kekeluargaan. Mudah untuk cuti, gampang minta ijin untuk urusan keluarga.
    The challengesKenaikan gaji yg sangat mengecewakan, tidak ada tunjangan kesehatan hanya bpjs, tidak bonus atau komisi untuk programmer, tidak ada uang transport untuk programmer, tidak ada transparansi dalam penilaian kinerja untuk menentukan kenaikan gaji.
