    It's a good place to work, but not if you're ambitious
    The good thingsA friendly work environment, not many complicated procedures, independent learning, honing your presentation skills.
    The challengesBeing overly friendly to the point where the line between friends and coworkers becomes blurred, management sometimes violates company rules, your comfort zone causes you to lose ambition, and promotions become very difficult.

    A really nice place to learn become professional.
    The good thingsThe supporting environment. Many things to works on. Flexibility works time. Annual bonus that you can get on the beginning of the year. Free travelling package around the world with the best companions.
    The challengesJust a bit tired. And some project doesn't have enough infrastructure so you must be creative and fight all out with you have. Nothing is bad here I think.
