    The good thingsa good working environment and the concept of cooperation is the basis of this company. the boss always emphasizes being able to work like adults, not needing to be supervised while working, but being able to carry out maximum results and be trustworthy.
    The challengesWe follow Japanese rules and culture which are result oriented, the pressure is quite high and we must be able to provide reasons why we get good or bad results.
