    The good thingsBanyak pelajaran yang saya ambil selama bekerja di eon, seperti sifat umum customer dan bagaimana cara menyikapinya, product knowledge dan bagaimana cara menjual sesuai kebutuhan customer, dan lainnya.
    The challengesobjective yang harus dicapai untuk lulus menjadi Sales Consultant berbeda dari yang awal telah diberi tahu sebelumnya, seperti harus mendapatkan penjualan ke customer baru dengan nominal tertentu. Benefit yang didapat juga sedikit berbeda dari yang telah diberi tahu sebelumnya, seperti pengambilan cuti. Kendaraan yang diberikan untuk sarana ke customer kurang memadai, sebab customer eon di area saya ditempatkan bergerak dibidang pertambangan, namun kendaraan yang diberikan adalah avanza. Jalan di pertambangan sangat licin, banyak tikungan dan tanjakkan tajam sehingga rawan kecelakaan
