Ganti Atasan yang lebih berpengalaman, bukan sekedar hanya teman baik tapi tidak mengerti Tupoksi Jabatan.

The challenges- Atasan terlalu semena-mena, kontrak kerja tidak jelas dan tidak diperhatikan sewaktu-waktu langsung di PHK.
- Tidak ada jaminan BPJS TK dan Kesehatan.
- Tidak ada uang kompensasi kl habis masa kerja.
