Best Experience and Exposure to Diversity
The good thingsExcellent career growth and exposure to a diversed and extremely fast paced working environment. Great benefits such as large varieties of leadership and training workshops for both personal and professional development, constant upgrades and improvements of technology, products and services in delivering the best to business clients, consumers and employees.
The challengesDue to large amount of employees across all departments, management functions are saturated and spread thin. Employee issues and work matters may encounter difficulty in reaching the right departments/person in charge to resolve that matter.

    Think Aviation Think Emirates!
The good thingsThe biggest, the largest and obviously the best there was, the best there is and the best there will be when it comes to aviation world! Admiration is what most can do while thousands are still trying to be part of this company which will change your life forever. The salary package, the opportunity to grow, the experience and the ultimate desire to enhance your career within aviation industry is truly a great gift being part of this company. The strategic planning, the vast scope of ground operations and aircraft handling while ensuring safety is the top most priority just blew you away that the company really value each customer and staff as part of their own family.
The challengesDue to constraint growth and fast phased industry, while on strategic platform like middle east it can get a lot busier and tougher during certain period of time, thus sometimes shortages of resources might occur however overall we are always here to give the best and ensure all are in place and well at all times. Apart from that, i have only a small request of the summer being a bit better each year!

Gain more experience within my working environment. Emirates will responsible for all the staff needed (support, back up if anything happen at the stations) . Special ticket for family and friends to travel together. Easy to get leave, more rest less stress. Working with peaceful like one family. Inshaallah
The challengesHi expectation from the passengers. Hi demanding, such as a good customer service, a superb promotion for a flight ticket. Passengers will keep trying to get something beyond your expectations like a hotel on transit in dubai, meal and car service to the hotel..
