    Amazing workplace environment
    The good thingsThey value family culture in the workplace and give a lot of opportunities for individuals to grow. Employees felt belong to the workplace and all insights were heard. They had events to celebrate achievements and milestones, it was really fun. Management cares about the well-being of each employee and tried their best to help each other.
    The challengesEach person at the management level has different styles of leadership, and some may not be agreeable, but the teamwork was great. ELI recently became an independent institution with more flexibility in creating policies that will benefit the employees.
