Jadi dalam kami bekerja benar2 menjadi sorotan oleh manajemen, berhasil atau tidaknya dalam pencapaian target kami sangat berperan besar dalam perusahaan. Pembenahan demi pembenahan dilakukan, akan tetapi semua terfokus kepada team operation sedangkan peningkatan & seleksifitas untuk team manajemen HO sendiri dirasa sangat kurang. Saya sangat tidak apresiasi untuk hal ini
