    The good thingswaktu lebih fleksibel dan jam kerja hanya 8 jam per hari, fasilitas kantor seperti dapur dan snack selalu tersedia
    The challengesTentu saja untuk kesulitan mostly dari komunikasi dan koordinasi antara atasan dan bawahan. Tidak ada sarana untuk diskusi ataupun menyuarakan ide ide maupun feedback dari karyawan, tidak ada kejelasan jenjang karir, bonus achievement target sangat tidak jelas, tidak ada transparansi gaji dan pemotongan gaji tanpa alasan yang jelas atau teguran sebelumnya. Kurangnya profesionalitas terutama untuk level Manajer dan CEO
