    Menawarkan kompensasi yang tinggi, cocok untuk freshgraduate yg compensation-focused
    The good thingsTim cukup supportif untuk saling membackup, ada training di awal bagaimana menggunakan website yang digunakan perusahaan, terdapat huddle agenda untuk bonding setiap minggunya, atasan memberikan summary kinerja semua tim di awal minggu untuk memicu semangat.
    The challengesTuntutan target cukup menantang, pekerjaan yg cenderung repetitif dan membosankan, kurangnya inovasi dan training peningkatan skill karyawan sehingga eksposure untuk belajar hal lain kurang. Sebagai recruiter saya harus dapat 20 call seminggu yg mana cukup menantang.
