    The challenges- pimpinan tipe boss, bukan leader - komunikasi atasan dan anak buah yang tidak baik - dituntut kualitas dan kuantitas sebaik mungkin dengan resource seminim mungkin - dituntut lembur setiap hari nya sampai >12jam kerja, yang dibayar hanya setengahnya saja
