    Banyak peluang mendapatkan pengalaman tugas kerja yg baru
    The good thingsTop Manajemen (Owner Perusahaan) sangat baik dengan seluruh Staff. Selalu memberikan inputan yang netral dan tidak memihak. Tegas dalam mengambil keputusan.
    The challengesKondisi lingkungan perusahaan yang dapat mengakibatkan antar karyawan dapat berselisih. Kurangnya diskusi dan mencari solusi.

    i think is difficult to raise your carrier in this company
    The good things-work/life balance is good in here , because if you work on day off , you will get a off day -you get a operational cost for free -you able to work from home 1x / month
    The challengesi have no challenges in here , no target , no bonus , no commissions .. make me have no motivation

    Work with own style
    The good thingsWhen i join here, i get so much opportunity to generate my idea, i can explore my skill, knowledge and experience to do my role as HR. BOD always give us chance to to define our own work style, and reminder team by mindset of independent, responsible and totally on fire.
    The challengesSometime we should present on weekend as our employer is a Event Organizer. Some task must be run on our offday. But we still get complimentary day off to give a time to take a rest. We appreciate that policy and it help us to arrange our both schedule for work and for privacy
