What’s it like working at Egis Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Egis Group appreciate the cozy and comfortable office environment, which helps reduce stress, as well as the opportunity to work with professional colleagues. They find the work to be challenging and rewarding, and working with expatriates provides opportunities to improve English communication skills and gain cultural knowledge.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the need for improved hardware resources, instances of lack of clear coordination and instructions from management regarding project schedules and foreign worker deployment, discomfort with the contract-based employment system, and a desire for reimbursement of travel expenses when returning home during remote assignments.

The work of the Technical Audit as a whole is understandable and understandable, it is difficult when proving deviations requires valid data and fulfills the specifications and contract rules
The good thingsAfter carrying out the technical audit, it can be understood how important the technical audit is to provide maximum results for the contract agreed upon in the implementation of the construction contract
The challengesAt the beginning of the implementation of the audit work, there was a bit of a hiccup in finding a formula between the owner and Egis so that there was a time lag because they had not agreed on understanding the TOR (Term of Refreance).
