    sebagai pengajar, untuk mendalami materi dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar atau menyelesaikan soal sangat bagus. Lingkungan kerja di cabang juga oke, saling support satu sama lain.. namun kebijakan berubah2 dan kadang tidak jelas dari pusat yang membuat bingung dan kecewa, apalagi ada beberapa orang yang tidak ramah. Mudah2an saat ini edulab sudah semakin membaik dan kekurangan yang disebutkan sudah tidak ada lagi, karena itu sudah hampir 10 tahun yang lalu.
    The good thingsuntuk mengembangkan kemampuan mengajar dan pendalaman materi sangat bagus, karena ada coachingnya juga sebagai pengajar. kebetulan manager cabang sangat perhatian dan cekatan sehingga pada waktu itu saya mendapatkan lingkungan kerja yang sangat positif dan menyenangkan. Bisa dekat dengan siswa.
    The challengesmanagement pusat sangat tidak konsisten, peraturan berubah2, pernah sampai jam 3 malam ngajar siswa berhari2 tapi mereka tidak mau menggaji tambahannya karena katanya tidak sesuai aturan, padahal tidak ada aturan dan sop yg merka maksud tidak ada, akhirnya mereka potong semua gaji karyawan.

    The good thingsUntuk saya yang fresh graduate ketika bekerja disini, cukup baik untuk awal karir saya. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung saya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kinerja saya.
    The challengesJob desk yang saya lakukan cakupannya cukup luas. Tidak hanya di bidang administrasi ya, namun saya juga d tuntut untuk mampu dalam bidang marketing, sehingga ini tantangan untuk saya ketika bekerja disni.

    Berkat bekerja di Edulab, saya banyak mendapatkan ilmu dan pengalaman. Dan gajinya di atas UMR, jadi tidak usah takut tentang materinya yah. Berkat Edulab saya juga diterima menjadi ASN. Seandainya sekolah saya mengajar dekat dengan Edulab, saya masih pengen banget mengajar disana. Terima kasih banyak Edulab. Terima kasih banyak teman2 di Edulab Medan, Bandung, dan rekan-rekan di managemen pusat. Sehat-sehat selalu. Salam rindu dari OM. Selain berkarir, di Edulab kita seperti keluarga : makan bareng, shalat bareng, bahkan ada taklim untuk saling mengingatkan.
    The challengesHal yang tidak disukai dapat dikatakan tidak ada karena setiap tempat pasti punya tantangan tersendirinya dan saya menikmati itu, karena apa yang menjadi tantangan tersebut merupakan bagian dari pengembangan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang luar biasa bagi saya.

    It is a great opportunity for freshgraduate to sharpen teaching and education consulting skills while develop social skills in education system.
    The good thingsYou can learn about education system in Indonesia and help students tp achieve their goals in education. You can also develop skills to interact with teachers at schools and parents as education consultant. It feels great to deliver the school's subjects in a informal and casual ways.
    The challengesSometimes it is hard to have work life balance because you have to spend more time outside office hours to prepare for teaching and marketing of your branch.

    Career growth at Edulab can be limited, and training opportunities may not always be regular or focused on long-term development.
    The good thingsBeing a teacher at Edulab is rewarding. You help students succeed, work in a supportive team, get useful teaching materials, and have chances to grow. The students are motivated, the schedule can be flexible, and your work is truly appreciated.
    The challengesOne challenge at Edulab is limited career growth, as promotion paths may not always be clear. Training opportunities exist, but they may not be frequent or deeply focused on long-term professional development.
