    The challengesKesulitan dalm pekerjaan adalah ketika pekerjaan yang dianggap sepele, lalai dan memperlambat produktifitas akan menyebabkan produtivitas menurun dan kualitas kurang baik . Saat bekerja kurangnya team work akan menyulitkan pekerjaan yang dihasilkan 5S juga berpengaruh mempersulit pekerjaan itu sendiri.
