    The good thingsECS is the great company to us to get a lot of experience and also to learn and educate us for our carrier and to become some important parts of the big family in the company team. You can make a lot of friends also because all of them (people in this company in the same division and also other division) are very kind and very friendly even thats your boss.. I really miss all of my crazy friend in ECS ^^
    The challengesWe can realize and improve our hidden quality talent inside us to do a lot of bigger things (in our working progress) in the company to make the company who trusted in us as the employee to grow bigger and bigger in the future.

    The good thingsSaya bekerja di salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang retail Komputer, Di Ecs Indo Jaya ini saya diperkenalkan dengan Partner Retail yang berasal dari China. Setiap hari Senin saya harus mengirimkan dan melaporkan data penjualan dan stock gudang kepada partner retail tsb melalui program yang sudah disediakan dikantor saya. Pekerjaan saya ini biasa disebut dengan divisi Aspen yaitu Asisten Penjualan.
    The challengesAda beberapa kendala yang terjadi, yaitu : setiap kali saya akan mengirimkan data penjualan, program dikantor saya kadang mengalami trouble shooting, sehingga saya harus mencoba berkali-kali agar laporan penjualan tsb dapat terkirim ke partner yang berada di China dihari itu juga. Kendala selanjutnya adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang sangat diperlukan untuk merespon setiap email yang masuk dan berkomunikasi langsung dengan telepon.
