    The good thingsEcolab is a multi national company, you can find a multiple culture inside it. Ecolab is growing and for you, you will have a lot opportunities to grow as well, you, not your career. You will learn a lot of new thing and challenge everyday, and it's your time to shine by taking part on improving the business process. Benefit, good enough.
    The challengesIf you're looking for a great place to develop your career, this is not the place. Even though it has a good plan for career development, the implementation is zero. You will find it's hard to do the work life balance thingy. The communication, it's done in one direction, the management won't hear you, your voice does not matter even they had this your voice matter survey, irony.

PT Ecolab International Indonesia juga memberikan nilai lebih kepada pelanggan dengan penerapan penyelesaian yang inovatif serta menyediakan produk dan pelayanan yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan nilai tambah pada perusahaan. Adapun struktur organisasi di laboratorium dipimpin oleh seorang manager yang membawahi QC, Jasa Analisis, dan Mikrobiologi.
    The challengesTidak ada, karena semua parameter analisis telah ada SOP yang ditulis sangat jelas. Semua cara kerja nya pun mudah dan tidak memakan banyak waktu karena kebanyakan menggunakan instrumen.
