    It's quite challenging working here
    The good thingsI can learn many things, interact with many people from other countries. Sharing knowledge and experience with people from another unit on another country. I'm improving my skill here. Be it's about Omron PLC from CJ version to NJ version, various Omron PLC communication method. Learn programming style from several international machine maker. In top of that the benefit provided for employee is better than most of the other companies.
    The challengesThe management keep changing all the time. Different superior have a different idea and we need to always keep up with them. Since it is a factory, output is priority. As mid management level, some times I need to sacrifice my family time if there is a problem with machinary. Be it had to come to factory or via phone/message with floor team.

    The good thingsHave obligation system which allow new trainee employee to learn his/her jobdesk (other local company rarely have system like this). Basic salary following government rule plus overtime pay higher than other local company (almost half of salary). Company supports employee development also their family (they allowed employee to change position of the job -aside from position promotion, they also have appreciation for employee children performance in school -with rank system).
    The challengesWork under pressure because this is a production company. Learn something quick and correct absolutely needed. Mistakes are not allowed which cause big loss for company (you will got warning letter). You have to learn other people jobdesk in order to understand what you will do if have troubles. Communicate is a must either on mail or direct talk. Don't trust any information without official mail or permission from the leader (people sometimes forgot what they just talk -that's what my senior teach on me).
