    The good thingsWhether u are agriculture graduate/background or not, you will learn new things every day The values of the company are amazing, especially for smallholder farmers Kind workmates, even if you travel to places. Pressure is normal, but watch out for BoD's instruction
    The challengesYou need to satisfy all parties, yet u most likely would be very limited to do so. Transformation of the company is always announced, but never clear enough to what direction. HR often neglects long-time employees without proper treatment and tends to be very bossy yet not knowing the business process of the company. The current business situation would be very challenging for this company for the coming years.
