    The good thingsCompany give chance to me, to grow and give the best contribution. Any idea and inniatiative discussed in open mind by the team and every progress got feed back by the leader. I beleive will have a bright carrier if i can stay in this company
    The challengesFinancial problem, some invoice from supplier can not pay in proper time, and operation team have to handle the complain. Complain can not handle by operation, because not their authority, better if finance team come to supplier and make a negosiation or debt re-structuring
