    Perusahaan yang masih berkembang
    The good thingsPekerjaan yang santai, tidak ada tekanan.
    The challengesHarus inisiatif karena hampir tidak ada training untuk karyawan baru. Lingkungan yang buruk, banyak rekan kerja toxic dan seenaknya sendiri. Jam kerja tidak menentu, pulang malam pun tidak dibayar lembur, lembur hanya sabtu minggu itupun sangat langka. Untuk orang baru lulusan sarjana gaji masih sedikit dibawah UMR, jangan kaget jika gaji anak STM yang kerja di pabrik jauh lebih tinggi. Gaji terhitung rendah dibandingkan dengan profit perusahaan ini yang cukup tinggi. Tidak ada makan siang atau uang makan, hanya ada tunjangan transportasi itupun dengan model claim atau tukar nota. Terdapat bonus tahunan dan THR. Pengembangan karir yang hampir tidak ada peluang, sulit untuk naik karena jabatan yang minim. Administrasi juga masih buruk, semoga perusahaan ini melakukan perbaikan besar-besaran kedepannya.
