    The good thingsBersyukur karena masih diberikan jalan rezeki dari Allah Dan pertama bekerja di PT. Disana semua teman-teman baik dan Supervisor, maintenance, Quality Cantrol disana pun berkawan baik dengan operator. Solidaritas disana juga tinggi kerja pun jadi tidak tertekan Bekerja sama dengan teman-teman.
    The challengesKalau mesin sedang Trouble. Produksi jadi tidak lancar, karena harus sering-sering mengecek material agar produksi kita lancar. Kendalanya kadang supervisor tidak langsung merespon keluhan dari operator, kalau barang sudah di riject langsung perbaikan.
