    i have experienced for making preventive maintenance and input purcasing order.
    The good thingsI got many friends and i have many experience for working, I could prepare a data for audit managent, i got new experience in data entry before i finished my study in university, i could prepare all of material in maintenace and i could inventory the material in every weeks, i could manage ordering material to purcasing.
    The challengesI must be confident to speak english in manager when i asked signature, i have to prepare the data for audit management, i have to prepare all of the data from purcasing order material by maintenance, i have to study more for manage all of material in maintenace.

    The challengesTerkadang mengejar target membuat para karyawan sangat kesusahan di akibatkan banyaknya barang yg enji dan pemaksaan setiap leader membuat ketidaknyaman terhadap karyawan, dan sering melontarkan kata yang kurang sopan terhadap karyawan, karyawan tidak di bolehkan break jika tidak target, sistem kerja yang keras, karyawan tidak bisa mengeluh terhadap apa pun, mereka sering memilih diam jika di perlakukan tidam adil.
